Thank you for choosing to shop at Pawnbag. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to review our Return/Refund Policy.

The subsequent terms apply to any products acquired from us.

Refund & Return Policy

At Pawnbag, every bag is custom-made to feature your pet’s photo and personalized quote, making it a one-of-a-kind item crafted exclusively for you. Due to this level of customization, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or we make a production error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations may only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the design and production processes commence, making any alterations impossible. 

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once the item has been dispatched, alterations to the delivery details will no longer be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We exercise meticulous attention in the production and packaging of your custom bag. However, if your item arrives damaged or contains a printing error, we are pleased to facilitate a replacement. To initiate a replacement request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via support@pawnbag.com within seven days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, including the damaged product or incorrect print. 

Upon verification of the issue, we will promptly process a complimentary replacement.

Shipping & Delivery

Our bags are handcrafted from scratch, and production takes time. Please allow 15–25 days for processing and shipping.

Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, or courier issues). We appreciate your patience.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The customer has supplied an incorrect shipping address or has refused delivery.
  • There are minor color variations resulting from differing screen settings or lighting.
  • The customer changes their mind after the order has been processed.
  • Orders that were delayed but were ultimately delivered within our stated timeframe of 15 to 25 days.
